Care & Maintenance
- Clean daily with a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad and a non-chloride detergent.
- Always wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines to protect the #4 satin finish.
- Rinse and dry after contact with salty or acidic foods to preserve the chromium oxide film that prevents corrosion.
- Avoid abrasive powders, steel wool, wire brushes and chlorine bleach.
- Restore shine with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or Bar Keepers Friend followed by a fresh-water rinse.
