Stainless Steel Care Tips

• Clean daily with mild soap or a non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth or sponge.
• Always wipe in the direction of the grain, then rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
• Avoid steel wool, wire brushes and chlorine bleach; they can scratch or pit the surface.
• Restore luster with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or any food-safe, non-abrasive polish.
