Care & maintenance

• Wipe daily with mild, non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad.
• Always clean in the direction of the grain to maintain the satin finish.
• Avoid chlorine bleach, wire brushes or steel wool—they can pit stainless steel.
• For stubborn build-up, apply Bar Keepers Friend, rinse, dry and polish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
