Model 41PB18-2D30 • 81-1/4" W × 23-1/2" D × 44-1/16" HEngineered for high-volume kitchens, the John Boos Pro-Bowl series pairs rugged 14-gauge stainless steel with smart, sanitation-driven design. One deep 18" × 18" bowl handles heavy warewashing while extra-long 30" drainboards on both sides keep production flowing.
