Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the John Boos Pro-Bowl 3-compartment sink delivers rugged 16 ga. Type 300 stainless-steel durability, generous washing capacity and hygienic NSF/CSA sanitation compliance— all in a space-saving 87-inch footprint.
Built to Work as Hard as You Do
- Three 14 in deep sink bowls (16 in W × 18 in F/B) handle prep, wash & rinse cycles with ease.
- Left & right 18 in drainboards keep clean and soiled ware organized and flowing.
- Heavy-duty 16 ga Type 300 stainless steel with #4 satin polish resists corrosion and wipes clean fast.
- 10 in boxed backsplash with 45° top and 2 in return protects walls from moisture.
- Pre-punched 8 in on-center faucet holes for quick splash-mount installation (faucet sold separately).
- 3-1/2 in die-stamped drain openings form a tight seal with standard basket strainers.
