Care & Maintenance Tips
- Clean daily with a soft towel or sponge and non-chloride detergent.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or cleaners containing chlorides/quaternary salts.
- Rinse and dry after each use to preserve the stainless “passive film.”
- Use Bar Keepers Friend and a plastic scouring pad for stubborn stains, always scrubbing with the grain.
- Restore shine with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or a comparable food-safe polish.
