Care & Maintenance
To preserve the satin finish, wipe down daily with mild soap and water, following the grain of the steel. Avoid chlorine-based cleaners; if used, rinse and dry immediately. For stubborn stains, John Boos recommends a non-chloride cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend, followed by Boos Block® Stainless Steel Cleaner to re-passivate and polish the surface.
