Engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, the John Boos “Pro-Bowl” 2-Compartment Sink combines heavy-duty 16 ga. stainless construction with the thoughtful details that keep service moving—day after day, shift after shift.

  • 16 ga. Type 300 stainless steel top & bowls with #4 satin polish—easy to sanitize and corrosion-resistant.
  • 10" high boxed backsplash with 45° return protects walls & contains splashes.
  • Splash-mount faucet ledge pre-drilled on 8" centers (faucet sold separately).
  • 3-1/2" die-stamped drain openings speed drainage and accept standard basket strainers.
  • Bull-nosed front/side edges for operator comfort and added safety.
  • 1-5/8" Ø stainless steel legs with adjustable front & side bracing.
  • 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet level the unit on uneven floors.

Care & Maintenance
  • Clean daily with mild soap or non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth or sponge.
  • Always rinse thoroughly and wipe dry to preserve the protective chromium film.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, and cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts.
  • For stubborn stains, apply Bar Keepers Friend along the grain, rinse, and finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
Important: Prolonged contact with chlorides (bleach, table salt, etc.) can cause pitting or rust. Rinse and dry promptly after exposure.
