Model 2PB14314-2D30 | NSF & CSA-Sanitation ListedEngineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the John Boos Pro-Bowl platter sink pairs two spacious 14 in. deep bowls with extra-long 30 in. drainboards on both sides, giving you the ideal workstation for rinsing, plating and ware-washing oversized sheet pans and cookware.

- (2) 14 in. W x 31 in. front-to-back x 14 in. deep compartments handle full-size hotel pans.
- 16-gauge Type 300 stainless steel top & bowls with #4 satin polish for easy wipe-down.
- 10 in. high boxed backsplash with 45° top edge and 2 in. return keeps walls dry.
- Splash-mount faucet holes on 8 in. centers (faucet sold separately).
- 3-1/2 in. die-stamped drain openings accept standard basket strainers or disposer flanges.
- Stainless steel 1-5/8 in. round legs with adjustable front & side bracing for rock-solid stability.
- 1 in. stainless bullet feet level quickly on uneven floors.
- All vertical & horizontal corners coved to a 5/8 in. radius for superior sanitation.
- TIG-welded seams polished to match adjacent surfaces; ships knock-down to reduce freight cost.
