Model 2PB14314-2D24 • NSF & CSA-Sanitation ListedDesigned for the busiest prep lines, the Pro-Bowl platter sink pairs two extra-deep wash compartments with full-size drainboards on both sides—giving you the space you need to rinse, stage and air-dry sheet pans, platters and glass racks without breaking stride. Built from heavy-duty 16 gauge, type 300 stainless steel, it delivers the legendary durability food-service pros expect from John Boos.
