Engineered for the rigors of high-volume foodservice, the John Boos Pro-Bowl platter sink combines generous bowl capacity, full-size drainboards and the unmatched durability of 16-gauge type 300 stainless steel – all in a space-saving 67 inch footprint.

  • (2) compartments, 14″ W × 31″ F-B × 14″ D – fits full-size sheet pans & stock pots
  • (2) 18″ drainboards (left & right) with positive pitch for fast drainage
  • 10″ boxed backsplash with 45° return protects surrounding walls
  • Splash-mount faucet deck pre-punched for 8″ on-center fixtures (faucet not included)
  • 3-½″ die-stamped drain openings accept standard basket strainers or lever waste
  • 16-ga, type 300 stainless steel bowls & top with #4 satin polish
  • 1-⅝″ O.D. stainless legs, adjustable front & side bracing, 1″ bullet feet for leveling
  • All vertical & horizontal corners coved to ⅝″ radius for easy sanitation
  • TIG-welded construction; exposed welds polished to match adjacent surfaces
  • Ships knock-down (KD) for lower freight costs; quick bolt-up assembly on site

Stainless Steel Care Tips

  • Clean daily with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride detergent.

  • Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool or cleaners containing chlorides/quaternary salts.
  • Rinse and dry after each use to maintain the protective chromium-oxide film.
