Two generous 14" x 31" x 12" compartments let you soak or rinse full-size hotel pans, while a spacious 24" right-side drainboard keeps workflows organized and compliant.

Care & Maintenance
- Clean daily with non-chloride detergents and a soft cloth or sponge.
- Always wipe in the direction of the polish lines to preserve the satin finish.

- Apply John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner (or equivalent) to restore shine and protect against corrosion.
