Maintain the factory satin finish by washing with clean water and a non-chloride cleanser, then wiping dry along the grain. Avoid abrasive pads or cleaners containing bleach or quaternary salts. For deep cleaning and passivation, John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or Bar Keepers Friend is recommended.
