Care & maintenance

• Clean daily with mild soap or non-chloride detergent and a soft cloth; always wipe in the direction of the polish lines.
• Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, or cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts.
• For stubborn stains or surface corrosion, use Bar Keepers Friend™ followed by John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore the protective finish.

Following these guidelines preserves the passive chromium film that keeps stainless steel rust-free.
