• Clean daily with a soft cloth or sponge and non-chloride detergent.
• Always wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines to preserve the satin finish.
• Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, and cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts.
• For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend is recommended.
• Finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore shine and add a protective barrier.
