Care & maintenance
- Clean daily with a soft cloth or sponge and non-chloride detergent.
- Always wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines to preserve the satin finish.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, and cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts.
- For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend is recommended.
- Finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore shine and add a protective barrier.
