No. This unit has manual griddle controls and no temperature thermostat. Thermostatic griddle control is available as an option with add T to the model number.

The unit uses two 3/4-inch gas connections. The documentation says to specify the gas type when ordering. Required operating pressure is 5 inches W.C. minimum for natural gas or 10 inches W.C. minimum for propane, with a 14 inches W.C. maximum. Use the supplied gas appliance regulator.
