Built with 14 gauge all-welded stainless steel for the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, ensuring exceptional durability in demanding commercial environments.

High-Performance Open Burners

Features four 30,000 BTU easy-clean cast iron open burners with 12" x 12" lift-off steel grates for intense heat and effortless cleaning. Burners are located on the right side.

48" Manual Griddle

Includes a 48-inch manual griddle with a 1" thick highly polished steel plate and 24,000 BTU burners every 12 inches (total of four burners for the griddle) for consistent, high-performance cooking. The griddle is located on the left side and does not feature thermostatic control.

Standard Oven Base

One 30,000 BTU/hr standard oven with a stainless steel lining, removable sides and bottom for easy cleaning, and an interior dimension of 28" W x 14" H x 24" D. Oven temperatures adjust from 150°F to 500°F.

Convection Oven Base

One 30,000 BTU/hr convection oven with a stainless steel lining, removable sides and bottom, a 1/3 HP 115/60/1 blower motor for uniform heating, and an interior dimension of 27-3/4" W x 13-1/2" H x 20-1/2" D. Oven temperatures adjust from 150°F to 500°F.

Each oven is supplied with one chrome-plated rack, featuring wires curled and welded around the main frame for safety and durability.

Advanced Gas System

Equipped with durable stainless steel gas tubing and pilot tips throughout, ensuring reliable operation. Two 3/4" gas regulators are provided with the unit.

Adjustable Legs

Comes standard with 6" adjustable legs, allowing for proper height and leveling on various kitchen floors.
