Eight High-Output Open Burners

Right-side open burners are cast iron and rated at 30,000 BTU each, with 12" x 12" lift-off steel grates for easy cleaning.

24-Inch Left-Side Griddle

The griddle features a polished 1-inch steel plate and a 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches for consistent heat across the cooking surface.

Two Standard Ovens

The base includes two standard ovens with stainless steel lining, removable sides and bottom without tools, and one chrome-plated rack per oven. Each oven interior measures 28" W x 14" H x 24" D.

Manual Griddle Operation

This model does not include a temperature thermostat on the griddle section; thermostatic griddle control is available as an option.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction

The range is built with stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, plus 14-gauge all-welded construction, stainless gas tubing, and stainless pilot tips.

Oven Temperature Control
