Stainless Steel Construction
Features a robust stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, built with 14 gauge all-welded construction for commercial durability.
High-Performance Open Burners
Two 30,000 BTU easy-clean cast iron open burners are included, each with 12" x 12" lift-off steel grates for efficient cooking and easy cleaning.
24" Polished Steel Griddle
Equipped with a 1" thick highly polished steel plate and two 24,000 BTU burners (one every 12") for even heat distribution across the 24" cooking surface. Features manual controls.
Convection Oven Base
The base features a convection oven with a 14 gauge stainless steel interior, one chrome plated oven rack, a 30,000 BTU/hr burner, and a 1/4 HP blower motor for uniform cooking results.
Convection Oven Controls
The oven's thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F, complemented by a three-position fan switch for normal operation, quick cool down, or off.
Removable Oven Interior
The stainless steel oven interior sides and bottom can be removed without tools, simplifying routine cleaning and maintenance.
Electronic Spark Ignitor
For the electric convection oven, an electronic spark ignitor, activated by a power switch, ignites the standing pilot.
