The DRY FLOW WOK@2 is a dual-chamber Dry-Flow Wok Chamber for JCR series models. It reduces heat transfer to the wok range top and eliminates continuous water flow.
The outer chamber diameter is 2 inches larger than the selected wok hole size. Two chambers are included, with one per waterfall.
