The Jackson AJX-44 low-temperature conveyor dishmachine powers through up to 209 racks per hour while sipping only 0.78 gal of water per rack. With a full 25 inch chamber clearance, it easily handles sheet pans, stock pots, and other oversized wares that stop lesser machines in their tracks.
