Description
The EASYFRESH NEXT XS is a reach-in blast chiller and shock freezer with a self-contained, air-cooled condensing unit and R290 propane refrigerant.
- Blast chilling: Chills 22 lb from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes.
- Shock freezing: Freezes 22 lb from 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours.
- Controls and data: Touch pad controls, four standard chilling and freezing modes, a temperature probe, and USB HACCP data transfer.
- Construction: 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, one stainless steel wire shelf, and stainless steel adjustable legs.
- Installation details: Left-hinged door, cord included without a plug, and self-contained refrigeration.
Table and sheet pans are not included. Performance tests were carried out in compliance with Irinox procedures using 2-inch-thick beef.
