Description
The EASYFRESH NEXT LL is a reach-in blast chiller and shock freezer with capacity for 14 18 in x 26 in sheet pans or 28 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in steam table pans. Pans are not included.
It is specified to blast chill 145 lb from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes and shock freeze 145 lb from 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours. The stated tests were carried out in compliance with Irinox procedures using 2 in thick beef.
- Controls: Touch pad controls, four standard chilling and freezing modes, automatic cold and frozen holding, and a temperature probe.
- Construction: 304 stainless steel internal and external material, six stainless steel wire shelves, and stainless steel adjustable legs.
