MULTIFRESH NEXT SL is a self-contained, air-cooled blast chiller/shock freezer with a listed yield capacity of 66 lb for cooling and freezing.
The reach-in chamber accommodates eight 12 x 20 x 2.5 in steam table pans. Table and sheet pans are not included.
- Temperature range from -31°F to +185°F.
- Rapid shock freezing from 194°F to 0°F in approximately four hours.
- Available in Essential 5-cycle and Pro 13-cycle configurations.
- 304 stainless steel internal and external construction.
- Includes a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen, temperature probe, USB HACCP data transfer and automatic SANIGEN sanitation system.
