Irinox MultiFresh® NEXT S Excellence blast chiller/freezer — commercial-grade 304 stainless steel unit with 13 functions including blast chilling, shock freezing, thawing, proofing, pasteurization, low-temp cooking and automatic SANIGEN® sanitation. Compact reach-in holds up to five 18" x 13" sheet pans (or four 12" x 20" steam table pans) and delivers rapid chilling (55 lb: 194°F to 37°F in ~90 min) and shock freezing (55 lb: 194°F to 0°F in ~4 hrs). USB HACCP logging, touch-pad controls, temperature probe, self-contained air-cooled condensing unit, R290 refrigerant, ETL & NSF-7 certified.
