Irinox MultiFresh NEXT S Excellence — a USA-stocked, low-noise blast chiller/freezer with 13 multifunction programs (blast chill, shock freeze, thaw, proof, pasteurize, dehydrate, low-temp cook, chocolate melt, cook & hold, and more). Holds five 18" x 13" sheet pans or four 12" x 20" steam table pans and delivers rapid chilling: 55 lb from 194°F to 37°F in ~90 minutes or to 0°F in ~4 hours. Features EC variable-speed fans, USB HACCP data transfer, SANIGEN® sanitation, touch controls, temp probe, stainless steel 304 construction, R290 refrigerant, and ETL/NSF-7 certifications — ideal for commercial kitchens seeking high-performance, energy-efficient food preservation.

MultiFresh® NEXT S Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer, Stocked in the USA - This multi-function configuration includes 13 dedicated functions: Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, Frozen Holding, Thawing, Proofing, Regenerating, Chocolate Melting, Pasteurization, Dehydrating, Low-Temperature Cooking and Automatic Chilling, Freezing, Hot Holding (Cook & Hold) and others. Reach-in: capacity - (5) 18" x 13" sheet pans, (4) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (Table & Sheet Pans NOT included) This performance guarantees a yield capacity of 55 lbs in cooling and freezing with a very low level of noise emissions, thanks to the use of both electronic 5-speed evaporator fans (EC) which manage temperatures from -31ºF to +185º F, and to the variable speed "EC" electronic condenser fans. Climate class 4 (86ºF ambient). Rapid Blast Chill capacity yield of 55 lbs. from finished cooked temperature 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes & Rapid Shock Freeze capacity yield of 55 lbs. from finished cooked temperature 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours.
