Irinox MultiFresh® NEXT LL Essential Turbo blast chiller/freezer — high-capacity, commercial-grade reach-in unit for rapid chilling and shock freezing. Holds up to (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (28) 12" x 20" steam table pans; five-cycle control (blast chill, shock freeze, cold hold, continuous modes) with USB HACCP data transfer, touchpad controls and temperature probe. Delivers up to 30% improved performance with 5-speed EC evaporator fans, -31°F to 185°F range, rapid chill: 194°F to 37°F in ~90 min and shock freeze: 194°F to 0°F in ~4 hrs. Stainless steel 304 construction, SANIGEN® sanitation, R290 refrigerant, ETL/NSF-7 certified — 8–10 week lead time, contact factory.

MultiFresh® NEXT LL Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer, NOT STOCKED/CALL FACTORY (8-10 Week Order Lead Time) This is the basic configuration which includes 5 basic cycles: Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, and Continuous Modes. Reach-in: capacity - (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (28) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (Table & Sheet Pans NOT included) This performance increases the cooling and freezing capacity by up to 30%, thanks to the use of the 5-speed "EC" Electronic Evaporator Fans, which manage temperatures from -31ºF to +185º F, Scroll compressors and one-speed condenser fan. With climate class 5, it gurantees excellent performance above 104ºF ambient. Rapid Blast Chill capacity yield of 210 lbs. from finished cooked temperature 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes & Rapid Shock Freeze capacity yield of 210 lbs. from finished cooked temperature 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours. Tests carried out in compliance with IRINOX procedures using 2" thick food products. USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold/frozen holding, door hinged left (Standed), touch pad controls, temperature probe, automatic SANIGEN® sanitation system, self-contained air-cooled condensing unit, (6) stainless steel wire shelves, stainless steel adjustable legs, 304 stainless steel internal and external material, Unit comes with cord no plug, suggested plug is a L15-30P NEMA.
