Irinox North America MULTIFRESH MF 500.2 2T PLUS blast chiller/freezer delivers commercial-grade rapid chilling and freezing for high-volume kitchens. This roll-in MultiFresh® PLUS unit handles up to 1,100 lb per cycle and cools from 194°F to 37°F in ~90 minutes or to 0°F in ~4 hours, with 122 chef-designed programmable cycles, HACCP data transfer (WIFI/USB), multi-sensor probes, and automated SANIGEN® sanitation. Built in 304 stainless steel with energy-efficient IRINOX BALANCE SYSTEM® condensing, UL/NSF-classified safety, and versatile modes (thawing, proofing, pasteurization, cook & hold) — shipped knocked down for field assembly.
