Irinox North America MULTIFRESH MF 350.2 2T PLUS — high-capacity MultiFresh® blast chiller/shock freezer ideal for commercial kitchens and bakeries. Roll-in design accepts universal angle racks, delivers up to 770 lb rapid chilling/freezing (194°F to 37°F in ~90 min; to 0°F in ~4 hrs), and offers 116 programmable cycles, touchpad controls, Wi‑Fi/USB HACCP data transfer, multi-sensor probe, SANIGEN® sanitation, and durable 304 stainless steel construction. Energy-efficient, UL/NSF-classified unit with wide temperature range and advanced cooking, thawing, proofing, and pasteurization functions — installation in field required.
