Irinox North America MULTIFRESH MF 100.2 SC PLUS — professional MultiFresh® blast chiller/shock freezer for commercial kitchens. Self-contained roll-in unit fits a single universal rack and delivers rapid chilling (194°F to 37°F in ~90 min) or shock freezing (194°F to 0°F in ~4 hrs), with 122 chef-designed, customizable cycles plus HACCP-ready WiFi/USB data transfer. Durable 304 stainless construction, multi-sensor probe, SANIGEN® sanitation, IRINOX BALANCE air-cooled condensing, and -40°F to 185°F operating range make it ideal for high-volume restaurants, catering, and foodservice operations (ships knocked down; field assembly required).
