A single, powerful round burner creates an intense “hot spot” in the centre of the plate while heat gently tapers toward the edges—perfect for searing, sautéing, finishing and holding, all on one surface.

- 3/4" (19 mm) thick, highly polished steel plate for even heat transfer and rapid recovery.
- One 30,000 BTU (9 kW) round burner with adjustable manual gas valve.
- Continuous pilot provides instant ignition every time.
- Full 24" (610 mm) plate depth maximises usable cooking surface.
- 4" (102 mm) wide stainless steel grease gutter channels runoff to a 1 gal. (3.8 L) removable grease can for fast clean-up.
- Rugged stainless steel front, sides, splash guard and ledge with welded, polished seams.
- Cast-aluminum control knob with Valox™ heat-shield grip stays cool to the touch.
- Vented chassis allows built-in installation in non-combustible cabinets or tables.
- 3/4" NPT rear gas connection; field convertible for Natural or Propane gas.
