The ITG-72-E-V is an electric countertop griddle compatible with the Wells Ventless Hood. It provides a 72-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface with a 3/4-inch smooth polished steel plate and thermostatic controls.

The griddle includes six 4 kW serpentine elements, a 4-inch stainless steel grease gutter, a removable 1-gallon grease can, stainless steel front and sides, a splash guard, a ledge, and 4-inch legs.
