Imperial ITG-36-E-V electric countertop griddle features a 36 in wide by 24 in deep cooking surface with a 1/2 in thick, smooth polished steel plate.

Thermostatic controls provide a maximum temperature of 450°F. Serpentine heating elements are located beneath the entire griddle plate, while the stainless steel grease gutter and removable 1 gal grease can support grease collection.

The unit has a stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, ledge, and 4 in stainless steel legs. It is compatible with Wells Ventless hoods.
