  • 3" wide front grease trough feeds a large, removable grease can for quick, safe disposal.
  • Dual 30,000 BTU convection ovens, each driven by a 1/2 HP blower for faster, more even baking and roasting.
  • Chef-Depth porcelain oven cavities (26-1/2" W × 22-1/2" D × 14" H) accept full-size sheet pans left-to-right or front-to-back.
  • Three chrome racks per oven with multiple rack positions (six racks total).
  • All stainless-steel front, sides, 22" high backguard with shelf, 3-1/2" landing ledge & kick plate.
  • Manual gas valves give cooks immediate flame control—no complex electronics.
  • 6" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet; locking casters optional.
