  • Open burners lift off with no screws or gaskets and feature individual standing pilots for instant ignition.
  • Two-piece cast-iron grate system (12" × 12" front / 12" × 13" rear) lets large stock pots slide effortlessly across the cooking surface.
  • Heat deflectors every 12" under the griddle guarantee even plate temps and faster recovery.
  • 3" wide grease trough plus oversized grease can and broiler drip tray are both removable – nothing drips where it shouldn’t.
  • Chef-depth oven includes a chrome rack and exclusive heat deflector that keeps the floor cool and the heat on your food.
