The Imperial Pro Series 60" range combines six PyroCentric™ burners, a high-polish griddle, and two full-size convection ovens into a single, kitchen-tough workstation delivering a total of 292,000 BTU (86 kW) of precise, evenly distributed heat.

Cooktop Performance

  • Six 32,000 BTU PyroCentric™ cast-iron burners with separate 7,000 BTU low-simmer rings.
  • Anti-clog, lift-off burner heads—no gaskets, no screws, effortless cleaning.
  • 12" × 12" front and 12" × 13" back cast-iron grates let stock pots slide easily across sections and onto the 3.5" stainless landing ledge.

24" Griddle Advantage

  • 3/4" (19 mm) thick, highly polished steel plate with 21" depth for superior heat retention.
  • Two 20,000 BTU burners spaced every 12" under the plate for even coverage.
  • 3" wide trough, removable grease can, and full-width crumb tray speed daily clean-up.

Dual Convection Ovens

  • 30,000 BTU each with ½ HP blower motors for fast, consistent baking and roasting.
  • Chef-Depth cavities (26½" W × 22½" D × 14" H) fit full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans left-to-right or front-to-back.
  • Three chrome racks per oven with 3-position guides.
  • Porcelain-coated interior surfaces wipe clean; heavy-duty hinged doors hold heat in.
  • Fan cooldown switch and automatic fan cut-off when door opens.

  • All-stainless front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate—welded and polished.
