Sealed Round Plate Elements

Four 9" (229 mm) sealed round plate elements provide a solid, flat surface for fast, even heating and easy cleanup, preventing spills from entering the unit. Each element features infinite heat controls for maximum cooking flexibility.

Thermostatic Griddle Top

A thick, highly polished 3/4" (19 mm) steel griddle plate with a 21" (533 mm) depth and thermostat controls ensures even heating across the griddle section. Includes a 4" (102 mm) wide grease trough and a large, removable grease can for convenient cleaning.

Standard Ovens

Two high-performance standard ovens, each with a 5.3 kW element, deliver even heating. A unique baffle above the element distributes heat, while a splatter screen protects it from spills. Oven interior dimensions are 26-1/2" w x 26" d x 14" h, accommodating standard 18" x 26" sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. Temperature range from 150°F to 500°F.

Durable Construction

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate, featuring welded and polished seams for enhanced durability and a professional appearance. Includes a large 5" (127 mm) stainless steel landing ledge for plating.
