Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, Imperial’s Pro Series IR-2-G60-XB packs chef-preferred cooking power into a 72-inch footprint. Two PyroCentric™ open burners, a full 60-inch griddle, and a spacious standard oven give you the flexibility to sauté, sear, grill and bake—all on one heavy-duty platform that’s engineered for unmatched durability and easy cleanup.

Cooking Performance
  • (2) 32,000 BTU PyroCentric™ open burners with 7,000 BTU low-simmer setting and standing pilots for instant ignition.
  • 60" griddle section: highly polished 3/4" (19 mm) steel plate with five 20,000 BTU burners (one every 12") for even heat distribution.
  • Chef-depth standard oven (26½" W x 26" D x 14" H) delivers 35,000 BTU of linear, even heat; fits full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans front-to-back or left-to-right.
  • Total input: 199,000 BTU to keep up with peak-time volume.
Durable, Easy-Clean Construction
  • All-stainless front, sides, backguard, high-shelf, 3.5" landing ledge and kick plate—welded and polished for a seamless finish.
  • Cast-iron top grates (12" x 12" front / 12" x 13" rear) allow pots to slide section-to-section.
  • 3" wide grease trough plus removable grease can and full-width crumb tray for quick cleanouts.
  • Porcelainized oven interior and door liner resist splatter and wipe clean fast.
  • 6" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet; optional casters available.
