Model IHR-RB-126 | 130,000 BTU (26 kW)Built for high-volume kitchens that won’t compromise on sear marks or baking performance, the Imperial IHR-RB-126 combines a heavy-duty 36-inch radiant charbroiler with a full convection oven in one rugged, stainless-steel chassis. Individually controlled burners, removable cast-iron radiants, and a powerful ½-HP blower motor give chefs the precision and throughput they need during the busiest rush.
