Model IHR-G12-XB • 30,000 BTU • cETLus & NSF ListedImperial’s Spec Series Add-A-Unit lets you slide heavy-duty cooking power into the tightest line-ups. At just 12 inches wide, this floor model delivers 30,000 BTU of even griddle heat, rugged stainless-steel construction and a handy open-cabinet base—perfect for expanding capacity without expanding your footprint.
Performance & Design Highlights
- 12" W x 28" D highly polished steel griddle plate for a smooth, stick-resistant cooking surface.
- One 30,000 BTU U-shaped burner is centered under the plate for uniform heat from corner to corner.
- Aeration baffles between burners speed recovery and maintain temperature during peak periods.
- Manual snap-action gas valve gives you granular control over searing or low-heat holding.
- 4" (102 mm) wide grease gutter channels runoff into a large, removable grease can (≈1 gal) and a full-width crumb tray for fast cleanup.
- All-stainless exterior—front, sides, landing ledge & 4" backguard—stands up to daily commercial abuse.
- Open cabinet base with solid bottom shelf keeps sheet pans, utensils or small appliances within arm’s reach.
