- One 12" heavy-duty hot top creates a continuous surface for stock pots, griddles or staging pans.
- Infinite heat controls for every element and hot top for pinpoint temperature regulation.
- Full-size standard oven (12 kW element) accommodates 18" × 26" sheet pans left-to-right or front-to-back.
- Porcelainized oven interior, removable crumb tray and splatter screen streamline end-of-shift cleanup.
- Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge and kick plate resist corrosion and simplify sanitation.
