• Infinite Heat Controls – Dial-in temperatures for every menu item, from low-heat cocoa to rapid stock reduction.
• Removable Crumb/Spill Tray – Oversized, one-piece tray pulls straight out for quick end-of-shift cleanup.
• Stainless Steel Construction – Front, sides, landing ledge and 4 in backguard resist corrosion and make a polished statement on the cookline.
