Three high-performance open burners sit beside three 12-inch Even-Heat hot tops, giving chefs instant flame control and a broad, evenly heated working surface—perfect for sauté, stock pots, or holding. A stainless, open-cabinet base keeps sheet pans and smallwares within arm’s reach while the full-width crumb tray and lift-off grates slash cleanup time.
