- Two solid, field-reversible, spring-assisted doors stay open past 90° for easy loading.
- Exclusive “stepped” door design shields gaskets from damage.
- (4) epoxy-coated heavy-duty shelves—adjustable every ½", fit full-size sheet pans and support 120 lb each.
- Digital control with –10 °F to 10 °F set-point range (factory preset 2 °F).
- Hot-gas condensate removal and mullion heaters minimize exterior condensation—no drain line needed.
