Engineered for the heat of a 100 °F kitchen yet slim enough to glide beneath an ADA-compliant 34" counter, the Steelheart UF27B-LP delivers rock-solid -10 °F to 10 °F holding temperatures in a rugged, all-stainless cabinet that’s built for years of service.
