Description
The Hoshizaki Steelheart SR60B-24MD2R is a two-section, 14.8 cu. ft. mega top prep refrigerator with one door, two drawers, and capacity for 24 1/6-size pans.
It uses self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration with R290 refrigerant and a 32°F to 52°F control setpoint range. The unit is specified with a 60 in. x 10 in. x 1/2 in. white polyethylene cutting board, adapter bars, six casters, and one adjustable shelf.
