Pro tips for perfect pours

  • Chill kegs to serving temperature (38 °F–40 °F) before tapping.
  • Allow at least 1 lb of CO2 per ½-barrel for consistent flow.
  • Some tower condensation is normal—wipe periodically for a spotless presentation.

If a GFCI requirement exists, Hoshizaki specifies the use of a GFCI breaker in lieu of a receptacle.
