Installation & Utility Requirements
- 3-phase power must match dishwasher’s electrical specification.
- Provision for 400 CFM exhaust through 4 × 16 in. duct; canopy hood cannot be used.
- Field steam pressure regulator recommended if supply exceeds 25 psi.
- Allow 17 3⁄8 in. of additional height above the warewasher.
- Unit ships completely assembled; legs feature stainless adjustable feet for leveling.
