Slash drying times, boost throughput and keep your dishroom moving with Hobart’s stainless-steel, all-electric blower-dryer. Engineered exclusively for CLeN Series conveyor dishwashers, this 33 inch chamber uses a powerful 2 HP blower and 10 kW of Incoloy® heat to deliver a high-velocity curtain of air that leaves dishes, trays and utensils table-ready the moment they exit the machine.

How it works

Room air is pulled through a wrap-around housing, heated by three Incoloy® elements, and propelled downward through a rectangular orifice that spans the entire chamber. The downward blast dries ware on the conveyor; internal baffles then push the air upward, preventing excess heat at the unload end.

Installation requirements

  • Mounts directly to the discharge end of a CLeN Series conveyor dishwasher using supplied stainless-steel hardware and gasket.
  • 4 in × 16 in dedicated vent stack required—canopy hoods cannot be used.
  • Single 1 ⅛ in electrical conduit entry; field-wired to a 20 A, 3-phase branch circuit.
  • 1 in FPT drain connection provided in dryer tank.
Important: This accessory is factory-configured for right-to-left conveyor flow and 480 V/60 Hz/3-phase power. Verify compatibility with your warewasher before ordering.
