How It Works

Room air is drawn through the electric heater and delivered vertically through a full-width rectangular orifice. As racks exit the final rinse, high-velocity heated air blankets the ware, wicking away water. Below-conveyor baffles recirculate air upward, boosting performance while keeping the discharge table cool. Because the plenum covers the entire chamber width, no adjustment is needed for different load sizes.

Installation Requirements
  • Single electrical feed via 1 ⅛" conduit knockout located 61" A.F.F.
  • Dedicated 208 V/3-ph/45 A branch circuit with proper over-current protection.
  • 4" × 16" vent stack capable of 400 CFM (canopy hoods cannot be used with this accessory).
  • 1" FPT drain connection for dryer tank.
  • Supplied stainless hardware and foam gasket for bolting directly to the CLeN warewasher.
  • Blower controller is pre-wired and interlocked with the warewasher pump motors—no separate switch needed.

Dimensions shown are from the factory installation drawing; floor clearance may increase ≈ ¾" or decrease ½".
